Funai Bryce cartridges filling machine
The machine design allows for filling the Funai “Bryce” inkjet cartridges. The advantages of this equipment are mainly suitable for OEM-s, working with solvent or water-based inks and using new original cartridges. The machine fills 3 cartridges simultaneously.
Machine design
The machine design is similar to other filling machines which include a high-vacuum filling technology, ball placing and automatic filling process, ensuring maximum repeatability and keeping the filling accuracy within the range of +/-0.1ml. We designed complex systems in the machine include filling, waste and vacuum lanes. It allows filling the exact ink amount to the cartridges with the full vacuum. A waste system is necessary for automatic cleaning and prefilling modes. These operations enable easy preparation for filling and comfortable after-treatment of the machine.
Intelligent Software
The machine’s intelligent software provides many auxiliary and control functions that make operation safe and relatively simple. These functions include, for example:
- Many automatic self-test routines
- Storage of setups for different ink formulations
- Diagnostic capability by creating data log files
- Reminder function for periodic maintenance
- Calculation and warning when the ink supply is running low

Machine compatibility
Funai “Bryce” filling machine is a completely standalone product and it doesn’t require any special tools to work. It requires only a net and dry pressurized air (6 bar) connection. The machine works for both water and solvent-based ink. Therefore to provide the best quality and repeatability machine can work with degassed ink. As a result, inline degasser, integrated degasser and bulk degasser can prepare degassed ink for Funai “Bryce” machine. The machine is available in few versions, depending on your demand.
