LOBO Technik specializes in industrial inkjet cartridge filling systems. Years of experience and development of our solutions mean that the quality of our products is at the forefront of world comparison. As a result of cooperation with various customers and types of inks or cartridges, our solutions adapt to the most demanding conditions. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and therefore, we provide long-term support in servicing our machines.
Filling machines
To our standard products belongs the filling machine for the HP 45 type cartridges. It is available in two versions: 3-channel (Autofill 3), and 6-channel (Autofill 6). Both versions are available with a vacuum chamber filling technology that is perfectly suitable for OEM-s working with water-based or solvent-based inks and using new, original, or alternative cartridges. Both filling machines are also available without a vacuum chamber for filling the bulk version of the HP 45 type cartridges.
The second lane of our portfolio consists of ink filling machines for the Funai inkjet print heads. We offer various filling machines designed for sponge and bag type Funai print heads. Our offer range covers the complete Funai product line from Bryce, Zeon, Yellowstone, Claron, and Carmen.
We emphasized the OEM-s as mainly targeted customers, but of course, our filling machines can also fill the well-remanufactured cartridges
Ink degassing
We offer high-quality ink degassing machines, both as an integrated system with our filling solutions, and stand-alone machines.
The inline-degassing is a system that works in cooperation with the filling machines. It communicates via ETHERNET cable (standalone), or we build it into the filling machine. The task of these devices is to reduce the air content of the ink before filling the cartridges.
Bulk degasser is a second ink degassing option designed by LOBO Technik GmbH. The machine does not require a serial connection to the ink filling machine. It works independently with any ink and degasses it in a particular collapsing container. As a result, you receive degassed ink in the poly-bag tank (up to 15 liters). The machine is perfectly suitable for frequently changing ink batches.
